1. Dum rēx Antiochus Chalcide mōrātur, M.' Acīlius cōs. exercitum Larīsā Crannōnem et inde porrō [<> retrō] ad faucēs Thermopylārum dūxit.

2. Iugum [= mōns longus] Thermopylārum mediam Graeciam dirimit [= disiungit].

3. Acīlius in faucibus Thermopylārum castra posuit adversus Antiochum, quī castra sua duplicī vāllō permūnīverat [= bene mūnīverat].
